Exchange or Return of Goods
If the item you purchased is of good quality, you have the right to cancel your distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
To retain this right, the product must be kept in its original condition and packaging. However, you are still entitled to return the item even if:
The product was opened to inspect its functionality,
Its value has slightly decreased due to necessary unpacking or testing.
It was damaged or defective through no fault of your own.

The complete product with all accessories and components
The original purchase receipt (from GloboGadgets.com)
A valid warranty card, if provided
A service report describing the defect (if returning due to a fault)

Next-day delivery is only available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time (e.g., 4 p.m. UK time, Monday–Friday). Orders submitted after the cut-off will be dispatched the next business day.
Mainland UK Only
This service is generally limited to mainland UK postcodes. Unfortunately, some remote or highland postcode areas may not be covered by next-day services.
Weekends & Public Holidays
Next-day delivery applies to business days only. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, delivery will occur on the next working day.
Product Availability & Restrictions
Next-day delivery applies only to items that are in stock and stored locally. Larger items or those requiring special handling may not qualify.
Extra via Express Service
For urgent orders—especially ahead of the weekend—we offer an Express delivery upgrade (for example, £4.99) that can guarantee delivery before a specific time, like 1 p.m. on Saturday (if ordered by the Friday cut-off).

In most cases, yes—a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your order reaches you safely. However, there are a few exceptions:

For high-value items, electronics, or special courier services, a signature will definitely be required.
The delivery will be made to the address provided, and someone must be present to receive and sign for the package.
🔹 No One Home?
Our couriers will leave a delivery attempt notice and try again. Alternatively, they may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour (if specified during checkout).
You can often reschedule delivery or choose a pickup point via the courier's tracking link.
🔹 In-Store Pickup Option
If it's more convenient, you can also select in-store pickup during checkout.
